GOEBEL HUMMEL RETREAT TO SAFETY, #201, 1948, TMK-2, Germany - Sold on eBay Dec, 16th 2019 for $12.99
Offered here is a Hummel figurine titled Retreat to Safety, #201, 1948. A little brown-haired boy, wearing lederhosen and a Tyrolean-style hat, issitting atop a fence, retreating to safety from a threatening little green frog. This figurine is about 3½” tall.   The base of the figurine ismarked “M J Hummel” on the back.  The bottom has a TMK-2 logo (Full Bee)and is incised “201 2/0” and “1952”.This piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, orcrazing.
