This auction is for Hummel # 10/III, "Flower Madonna" with closed halo and is a Trademark 3 vintage piece, measuring 10 1/2" in height, the largest size made for this figurine.<br />The figurine depicts the Virgin Mary holding the Holy Infant Child Jesus with the Bible on her lap. She holds a flower and a small bird sits upon the Bible. <br />There is some crazing on the underside of the base, minimal crazing to the Madonna's gown and a 1/4" crazing line to the left side of the Holy Child's face.
