EARLY RARE HUMMEL GOEBEL 5 1/2" SPRING CHEER 72 TMK 1 INCISED CROWN 1937 YELLOW DRESSThis is a very early rendition of "Spring Cheer" designed by Reinhold Unger in 1937 for Goebelas part of the Hummel collection and was made in Germany, maybe before World War II. Shestands 5 1/2" tall and is rare, wearing a yellow dress and she has no flowers in her right hand. The bottomis stamped with an incised bee, which makes her a TMK 1.
